The Geo-ing Company is engaged in the production of steel structures, large multi-purpose workshops, indoor tenis-courts,tribunes and auditorms, coverings and casings using various sorts of steel and aluminium plates. It is also engaged in roof repair work by providing designing, as well as, the complete consultancy and engineering services in construction of buildings. THE GEO-ING is a privately-owned company,registered on the Zagreb Municipal Court,in January 1992. Since 23 rd October 1998, the Geo-ing has been registered on the Zagreb Commercial Court in conformity with the Company Act as a limited company for conducting the affaris of production, building construction and trade. The owner of the firm is Petar Plahutar, a mechanical engineer.There are in all 36 employees. The Company owns 7000 square metres of manufacturing and businees premises in Puškarićeva Street, Lučko, Zagreb. There are several buildings: · 1000 square metres of office space in use · 2000 square metresof manufacturing – warehouse space Besides the above-mentioned real estates, the Company also owns all necessary insrtuments for performing the work. In its standings so far,the Company has been without loss every buisness year, and the solvency has been constant.
